Settle in, to this 2 bed room cottage right on the lake with dock, swim areas, decks all these enjoying daily sun, evening sunset and western views. A mooring space at the dock for one boat.
Private waterfront, but convenient to the County Park with guarded beach, tennis, basketball and kids playground. 

The house sleeps 4 max, or if two only the weekly rate reflects this. Nice large Living room with pretty stone fireplace (now capped) and French doors that open to a lovely sunroom and then flows ahead to a deck on the waterside.

There is a grassy yard for play or picnicking in the shade or the sun. A dock mooring space goes with the rental; trash collection, propane grill. We are sorry no pets or smoking, and linens are not provided. No washer dryer here. Use of a fire burner may be considered. Wi-Fi and TV

A nice size and appointed kitchen and several eat in or out spots. A large new sparking bath and shower too. This is really cozy, but not tiny! New AC / heat; new grill and picnic area

Rates: 2 persons: $2,000 weekly; 4 persons $2,500 weekly. Sunday to Sunday

Generally a week duration minimum stay.
